PenLNM-package	Group $l_1$ penalized logistic normal multinomial LNM regression model.
Genera3	Taxa count data set of genera Bacteroids, Prevetella and Ruminococcus.
Nutrients	Data matrix of nutrients
PenLN.CV	Perform penalized LN model over a grid of penalty parameter values and returns the selected penalty based on cross-validation criterion.
PenLNM	Estimate the group l1 penalized LN/LNM model.
